Linux System Engineer
We need you to
- Configure and Manage Linux systems
- Linux OS hardening and security compliance
- Automating common administration tasks: Bash
- Maintain our VPN, Proxy, DNS, mail, web servers along with the required services
- Help the team in resolving technical issues (testing our applications and services)
What we are looking for
- Advanced IT knowledge, especially in networking and IT security
- Advanced operating skills for the Windows, macOS and Linux server operating systems
- Great communication skills
- Good knowledge of written English
What we consider to be an advantage
- VPN / Smart DNS knowledge
- Previous experience with WHMCS
- PHP / mySQL abilities
Customer Support Agent
We need you to
- Communicate with our customers via chat and email, and assist them in resolving their issues through our support ticketing system
- Check daily transactions and solve simple sales issues by using our customer management system
- Help the team in resolving technical issues of minimum and medium technical difficulty (testing our applications and services)
What we are looking for
- Great knowledge of written English
- Basic IT knowledge
- Great communication skills
- Sales skills
What we consider to be an advantage
- Prior experience in customer support
- Advanced IT knowledge, especially in networking and IT security
- Basic operating skills for the Linux server operating system
