  3. Click on “Detection Engine” (3) and on “Edit” (4) from “Exclusions” > “Files and folder to be excluded from scanning” and then click the “Add…” button.

    Click “OK” and then “Save”.

  5. From the “Advanced Setup” menu, click on “Web access protection” (7) from “WEB AND EMAIL” and click on “Edit” (8) at the right of “Address list” below “URL ADDRESS MANAGEMENT”.

  6. Click on the “List of allowed addresses” row (9) and click on the “Edit” button (10).

  7. In the opened window click on “Add” (11).

  8. Type https://api1.cactusdb.net in the “Add mask” field (12) and click “OK” (13).

    Repeat the same procedure to add https://api2.cactusdb.net also.

  9. Click “OK” 3 times in a row and then restart your computer.
