Excellent. worked first time and really easy to set up with android tv box

It's a shame but i do not now need cactus anymore. I didn't have a single problem with the service at all everything worked first time of asking.

A faultless VPN until I tried to upgrade to the latest release. The application then locked out every time. The Cactus service was fantastic and quickly sorted out my problem, taking me through painless steps to identify the issue. highly recommended as a great vpn with awesome service to match.

So, had Cactus VPN for 5 months now and have been extremely impressed with overall service! I had a bit of trouble setting it up, not too much, but the support guys were very quick with advising on how to proceed and was up and running pretty swiftly. The servers all work great, the occasional dips in speed and connection but considering the benefits of the service (and the fact that switching between servers is incredibly easy and usually sorts slow speeds) I am more than happy. If you're still not sure about a VPN service I heartily recommend this one! I'll be keeping it for a while I think. The payment options are quite flexible too, I go for paying 3 months at a time and it suits me.

Thanks for free trial. For most of the trail the vpn was able to provide moderate bandwidth and is ideal for browsing or streaming music.

In total this service is not half bad. For me the biggest issue was getting the connection to stay once it was up and using OpenVPN. I had several issues with this throughout the day and had to download the OpenVPN client (not a bad drawback to be honest) to get the Tap 32 Adapter to not be "lost" by the CactusVPN client. Once that was done and I maintained a connection downloading was actually pretty fast and around where my 42+ Charter speeds have me at without VPN. The next biggest drawback is upload speeds. No matter what the upload speeds were terribly slow and nothing changed that fact (even with popular torrents). So in the end the download speeds are terrific provided a connection is maintained and the service works wonderfully when it maintains a connection. Your experience will differ of course and don't judge my issues with my own PC (Win 8.1) as a detriment to how well this very nice service can work for you.

Nice software interface, but speeds were not as fast as I was getting with the company I used before and also, email will not work while connected. Also very limited choice of connection cities (none in Canada and none that geographically close to Vancouver) so I went back to who I was using before.

Cactus VPN worked very well for me and maintained high speeds even when connected to servers half the world away. I will highly recommend it to my friends.

Excellent service, even support for a problem of my making on a Sunday. Using Cactusvpn with a dd-wrt router and the script generator & instructions are excellent.

I've only tested the free VPN and SmartDNS service and I'm very satisfied. The VPN hat some funny things going on but the CactusVPN support assured me that won't be a problem with a paid subscription. Other than that, the SmartVPN worked great and as expected and the VPN speed was actually the fasted I've tested so far. (including two other well known competitors) Regarding that everything works fine and the price is right I'll move over to the big CactusVPN package as soon as my other VPN subscription runs out.

My provider keeps blocking sites where I watch movies and tv shows so on a whim I google how to bypass this and came across this site. I'm so glad I found it trying out the 24 hrs trial the site became unblock and I can watch my show with ease definitely buying an subscription as it's easy and also good price.

I tried your free trial on my new Samsung Smart TV and was very happy, easy to install, and more important was able to use the UK apps to view TV. I have now paid for 1 year and hope the good work continues! It would be even better if it worked on other sites like Catchup TV but I imagine any site running live UK TV make it hard to view outside the UK. Overall I am very happy with your product. just upgraded as its works just fine and i can now watch bbc iplayer etc easy to set up good easy to follow instructions

Cactus VPN is the best, but I want you to develop it for Windows Phone 8.1 as soon as it is released in April or provide server IPs, usernames and passwords

I was quite happy with the responsiveness of the VPN servers. I am missing at the moment an app for the iPad. Then your service would be fitting my needs perfectly.

Since loosing British TV in Spain the pleasure of watching TV had gone. When introduced to CactusVPN it made it possible to view all our English TV from our iPhone,iPad, and computer on our TV screen, not being a computer bowfin I think this is marvellous and I will recommend it to as many as possible in Spain who are suffering the TV loss as we were. The service is cheap at a few pounds a year and the attention and help from Cactusvpn is second to none.

I signed up for the 24 hour trial with CactusVPN and did find some connection issues. My normally reliable wi-fi connection continually dropped while using the service. When not connecting via CactusVPN my wi-fi connection was interrupted. When the service worked I got a steady 7Mbps download, this compares to my regular 15-20Mbps. I would use CactusVPN again over a longer period to see whether the connection problems were a one off or not.

At the start of the trial ie 3 days worked well. It went off line and we were unable to get it back for the last 2 days ,your help line was helpful, I was unable to reconnect not sure if it was a combination of our internet or the line from you to me. May try again soon.

I trialed the software for VPN UK only. I have a slow wireless internet connection as I live in rural Spain and internet facilities are poor. I had no speed problems at all: just as fast as not using the software. The only minor (it was minor) problem was that, on several occasions, the software did not connect at the first attempt: I had to try a second or third time. Generally satisfied: it does what it is supposed to and, if you need this type of software, it seems reasonably priced in the market place even if I personally feel the market place is a bit expensive for the service it provides. Very impressed by DNS product, worked straight away on computer and ipad. However even more impressed with customer service as fixed an issue with Samsung Tv not playing app correctly, can now watch all uk content on big screen. Highly reccomend this service.

Bandwidth was too limited for me to use BBC iplayer or SkyGo. I know that I have fast internet but as soon as I applied the proxy I couldn't use either of these features. I'm glad I only used the 1 day free trial!

Cactus VPN is extremely effective service with fast downloads! I never had a single drop-out connection while using Netherlands server! What is more, that it comes with automatic application browser and bit torrent client shutdown in case VPN connection is lost. Although, you have to enable it in the software settings. The website is user-friendly and easy to use. The VPN software is also intuitively designed. All in all, Cactus VPN is the secure and anonymous way to surf and download on the internet.

The speed at which it is downloading (NL server) could definitely be improved. Before subscribing to one of your packages, I'd like to know what you are doing about it? Works great on my android TV box using Maidenhead, Both London Servers can not be configured on my system, but i have not had a problem with the one I can use for watching BBC and ITV Iplayer so for the very reasonable price i bought yeas subscription. be nice to have their own Android connect software and haave the other 2 available to me.

Great service, have been using it for a year now and im very happy with it. Really cheap, 1mb's for torrent applications,good speeds at browsing the web, really good and easy to use interface on the client as well. Allows programs to be automatically closed if you ever lose connection too the vpn thus insuring privacy. No problems at all on windows 7.

Actually I was not able to use the services . I couldnt be able to connect to the servers due to an error . The technical desktop was quite fast to my emails but they did not gave me a solution to my problem. The interface for mac users is quite easy and simple which is good. Em.

Amazing Server ! i currently live in the UK and i can connect to any of the servers (US,UK,NL) and have at lease 20/10 speeds and can get on with day life needs like streaming to twitch, teamview people to help them,u ploading big files (20 GB - 200 GB) And still have amazing performance thanks soo much CactusVPN <3 -Kai

Up to now, I have been using a free VPN service to access BBC iplayer. This frequently dropped the connection so I thought I would try the CactusVPN paid service for 24 hours. Unfortunately, this performed no better. However, I am also trying the Smart DNS service, which seems much better. This is a 7 day trial, which allows a thorough test. The 24 hour trial of the VPN service is too short to be able to judge.

Finally a UK VPN that works and is fast!
